1. Payment: 50% deposit is required to secure the date,
with the remaining balance due on
or before the wedding date.
2. Cancellation: If the client cancels the contract, the
deposit will be forfeited.
3. Scheduling: The client is responsible for providing
accurate information about the
wedding schedule and any other relevant details.
4. Photography coverage: The number of hours of
photography coverage will be
determined by the package selected by the client.
5. Images: The final images will be delivered within a specified timeframe, usually 4-6 weeks after the full payments.
6. Copyright: The photographer retains the copyright to
all images, but the client will
be
granted a license to use the images for personal use.
7. Image usage: The client is not permitted to use the
images for commercial purposes
without the photographer's permission.
8. Image editing: The photographer will edit and retouch
the images as deemed necessary.
9. Weather: In case of inclement weather, the
photographer will make every effort to
reschedule the shoot.
10. Travel: Travel expenses may be added if the wedding
location is more than a certain
distance from the office.
11. Additional costs: Additional costs may be added for
additional hours of coverage,
additional locations, or additional products.
12. Liability: The photographer will not be held liable
for any loss or damage to images
beyond their control.
